By creating a profile or entering a High Ground Sniping match you agree to these terms. High Ground is a community competitive platform for Call of Duty sniping on Xbox; it is run by volunteers and admins through Discord.

You must be 13 or older to register, and old enough to use Xbox LIVE in your region. You are responsible for the security of your Discord and Xbox accounts and for all activity under your registered gamertag.

Match results, rankings and rank points are administered at the sole discretion of High Ground admins. We may adjust standings, remove accounts, or void results to preserve competitive integrity. Admin rulings on disputes are final.

High Ground may update these terms, the ruleset, formats and prize structures at any time. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.

We collect only what we need to run the league: your Discord identity, your Xbox gamertag, and optional profile details you choose to add (bio, region, birthday, social links).

Match data — scores, screenshots you submit, and derived stats — is stored to power rankings, profiles and history. Submitted screenshots may be shown publicly on match pages.

We do not sell your personal information. Profile information and stats are visible to the community by design. You can request edits or deletion of your profile at any time through Support.

Authentication is handled through Discord; we never see your Discord password. Review Discord’s own privacy policy for how they process your login.

Most High Ground events are free to enter. Where a paid entry or buy-in applies, the amount and any refund window are stated on that event’s page before you pay.

Entry fees are refundable up to 24 hours before the listed start time. Inside 24 hours, fees are non-refundable as brackets and seeding are locked.

If an event is cancelled by High Ground before it begins, all paid entries are refunded in full to the original payment method.

Prize payouts are issued after results are verified, typically within 7 days. Disqualification for rule or conduct violations forfeits any prize claim.

High Ground is competitive but welcoming. Banter is fine — hate speech, harassment, threats, racism and targeted abuse are not, in lobbies, Discord or anywhere tied to the league.

No cheating, glitching, boosting, account sharing or lobby manipulation. These forfeit matches and can result in a permanent ban.

Respect admins and the queue. Dodging matches, no-showing, or abusing the dispute system costs rank points and can suspend your queue access.

Violations are handled case by case. Severe or repeat offenses mean removal from the league with no refund of any fees or prizes.
